“Wonderful staff, especially Michael, was very helpful and thoughtful. Spacious room and super clean. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in around the country. Will be back. ”

“I had 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had no rug, floor sticky and disgusting, temp couldnt be adjusted. Room smelled like someone was smoking, and it was musty. There was no.shower gel in the bathtub either. I requested assistance none was given.”

“The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. ”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“We always have a nice stay.”

“We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. ”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Didn’t use pool”

“Parking was great. Ac/Heat worked well but was noisy. A lot of broken little things - light switch covers, door knobs, tables. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture seems relatively new. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out? You guessed it, no one there, had to ring a bell and wait. That all said. The room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean, and inexpensive. ”
